- This program is designed as a job training and skills development program that connects young adults with community business owners, community leaders, business professionals and counselors.
- The goal is to break down the communication barriers that exist between adults and kids, allowing for a mutually beneficial learning environment based on wholesome interaction amongst different age groups.
- Interns and mentors must fill out an application in order to appropriately place the intern in a job atmosphere that is best suited for their personal development based on their abilities and interests.
- If applicants complete their internship and receive a positive recommendation from their mentors they can receive rewards such as: musical instruments, music lessons, scholarship money, computers etc.
